We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your shopping experience.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to this store. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Elite Fashion Swimwear reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Every order goes through a payment verification process.

Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.


Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the same business day, provided the product ordered is in stock AND the order was placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Central Time. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, and on holidays.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Backorder/Preorder Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is preordered/backordered, which will delay fulfilling your order. The preorder/backorder message will appear on the product page as well as in your order confirmation email.

Pre-orders/backorders. Payment for preorder/backorder items is charged at the time the order is SHIPPED. Preorders are fulfilled within 2 business day after we receive the merchandise in our warehouse. Although the manufacturers give us an estimated delivery date, we cannot guarantee shipment as this varies depending on unforeseen circumstances (transport delays, late departure from manufacturer...). We will keep you updated with the progress of your order. Preorders/backorders cannot be canceled due to change of mind, however you may exchange the item for a different one.We do not accept cancellations as these products were in many instances especially ordered for you.

Pre-Orders/ Backorders

If your order contains items that are not currently in stock (preorder items or backordered items), your WHOLE order will be shipped when all items are in stock. If you want the items in stock to be shipped separately, please place separate orders for what is in stock and what is on preorder/backorder.

International Pre-Orders/ Backorders

If your order contains items that are not currently in stock (preorder items or backordered items), your WHOLE order will be shipped when all items are in stock. If you want us to make partial deliveries, additional shipping charges will apply.


While we do our best to keep our inventory updated at all times, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available, in which case we will notify you via e-mail with alternate choices.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Splitting an order in multiple shipments is done at our sole discretion. If we split the order in multiple shipments, products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.


Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Elite Fashion Swimwear holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Elite Fashion Swimwear shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Elite Fashion Swimwear shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Elite Fashion Swimwear will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price

Please Note: Elite Fashion Swimwear does not offer price adjustments for orders placed before or after a promotional period. Promotional codes used in your order are honored only on exchanges within the same style.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, we immediately start processing it. The order may not be cancelled once it has shipped.

Damaged or Defective Goods

We are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, all our products undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you. Please send us a picture documenting the defect and we'll issue a replacement as soon as we receive and inspect the item. Customer induced "defects" are well documented as we do have a video system in place that records the condition of all outgoing products. (so there is no misunderstandings or "he said she said" situations)

If the customer cancels the order prior to shipment, there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

Color Variances - Print Variances

Color Variances
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Elite Fashion Swimwear’s website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

Pattern/Print Variances

We make every effort to display the product images as accurately as possible. Pattern/Print variances may exist on items with print patterns. These items are not considered faulty, as they are unique. Differences in patterns are a result of different production batches or a result of differences in fabric cut.


Our packages are shipped with insurance against loss or damage and with signature confirmation upon delivery. If for any reason your package is returned to us as unclaimed, we will charge your card to have the package reshipped to you.



All orders are shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Once an order has been processed for shipping, the shipping address cannot be corrected. Any address correction will incur a UPS charge of $12.00. Once we receive a notification from UPS that a shipping address correction has been performed for a customer, the fee charged by UPS for this service will be billed to the customer.

If the package is being returned to sender due to incorrect/insufficient address, the customer will be charged for the return shipping and for the new shipping cost to have the package reshipped.


Clearance "Final Sale" Products

Clearance products marked as "final sale item" will be final, meaning no returns will be accepted for these items. You may find out if an item purchased is final sale by looking at the product’s description/title.


How To Redeem Store Credit

The store credit is basically a store gift certificate and can be redeemed when proceeding to pay for purchase.
