We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
- If you wish to return for refund, please send the item(s) back to us within 15 days from shipment date.
- If you wish to return for exchange/store credit, please send the item(s) back to us within 15-30 days.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable as they are a cost incurred to have the item(s) shipped to you.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
- Email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). RMA# can only be obtained via email for documentation purposes. Please include your name and order number when you request an RMA#. The RMA is necessary so that if an exchange is requested, we can make every attempt to reserve the item for you. Many of our items are exclusive, limited production or extremely sought after pieces. Due to availability, we will make every attempt to exchange your return for the exact item, color and size requested.
- Please fill out the Return and Exchange Form, which is included in your shipment. Enclose the form, along with the Original Sales Receipt and apparel in the original packaging in which you received your order.
- Ship your package via a shipping service that is most convenient to you. We recommend you ship your return via a traceable shipping service for a documented delivery. The shipping cost to return the item(s) are the customer's responsibility. (NO CODs are permitted).
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. You may use any postal service. We recommend you insure your return as Elite Fashion Swimwear cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit back to us.
What to expect after we received your return
Returns for Refund
- We will notify you via email once your return has been received, inspected, and approved
- Returns for refund (money back) will incur a 5% restocking fee based on the value of the return.
- All our shipping rates are promotional rates and they do NOT reflect the actual shipping charges incurred with your order. If your order qualified for FREE shipping, $9.95 or actual cost of shipping (if greater than $9.95) will be deducted from the value of your return before the restocking fee is applied.
A refund less applicable shipping and handling fees and restocking fee will be applied to the original form of payment. If you originally paid by credit card, the refund will be applied to the credit card. If you paid by PayPal, the refund will be posted back to your PayPal account.
Please allow up to 30 days for us to process your refund. Credit card companies vary in the time required to post credits back to a customer's account. Please consult your credit card company for additional information regarding credit policies. For PayPal orders, refunds will need to be withdrawn from your PayPal account to reflect on your credit card statement.
Please note: Returns received within 15 days from shipment date are eligible for refunds. Returns received after 15 days of the shipment date, but within 30 days will receive store credit or exchange only. No returns will be accepted past 30 days from our original shipment date.
Items purchased for the sole purpose of trying it on will incur a 20% restocking fee after the original shipping fees are deducted from the value of your return. This applies to purchases of 3 items or more and returning more than 75% of them for refund. Requests for exchange or store credit will not incur this fee.
Clearance products marked as "final sale item" will be final, meaning no exchange, store credit, or refund may be granted. You may find out if an item purchased is final sale by looking at the product’s description/title.
Returns for Exchange
-Exchange requests are normally processed within 1-2 business days based on item availability. You will receive an email notification once the exchange has shipped.
-We offer free shipping of the 1st exchange in value of over $100 within the same style. Any other exchange will incur additional shipping fees.
If the value of the exchange is greater than the available balance, you are authorizing us to charge the additional costs. If you originally paid with PayPal, we will send you an invoice through PayPal for the additional charges. If the value of the exchange is less than the available balance, we will credit the difference to the card used in the original purchase.
Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is back-ordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request.
If you wish to return for exchange, we recommend that you mail back your return as soon as possible and you notify us as to what item(s) you'd like in exchange. Items' availability changes quickly and we cannot guarantee we'll have your requested items unless previously notified.
Elite Fashion Swimwear reserves the right to refuse service, Credit, and Exchanges to anyone who, in our opinion makes excessive or arbitrary returns and exchanges.
Sale and Clearance items may be returned only for exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, no refunds may be granted on sale/clearance items due to the discounts provided upon purchase. Please make sure you get your items back to us within 30 days from shipment date in order to process your exchange request.

Our packages are shipped with insurance against loss or damage and with signature confirmation upon delivery. If for any reason your package is returned to us as unclaimed, we will charge your card to have the package reshipped to you.
International Return Policy

UNCLAIMED/REFUSED PACKAGES
Our packages are shipped with insurance against loss or damage and with signature confirmation upon delivery. If for any reason your package is returned to us as unclaimed/refused, all original and return shipping fees and associated duty fees will be deducted from the value of your refund/store credit before the restocking fee is applied.
IMPORTANT NOTES ON RETURNS
Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and sanitary protection intact. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on items. There are no returns for thongs. Please take all necessary precautions that your return items do not get damaged during transit back to us.
We will automatically refuse any returned item that show any of the following:

Items returned without a RMA#.
- Item is not received in original packaging
- Tags have been removed or are damaged
- The item shows any sign of wear or use
- The item was imporperly cared for (pet hair, dirty, deodorant stains, smoke damage, musty odor)
- The item was improperly folded/packaged and the cups got damaged during transit back to us (especially important for items with molded cups).
Returns received in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense and she/he will forfeit any further claims.
Our return policy is pretty strict because we want all of our customers to enjoy a brand new item. All returned items need to be in saleable condition.
PRE-ORDERS / BACKORDERS
Payment for preorder/backorder items is charged at the time the order is placed. Preorders / backorders are fulfilled within 1-2 business day after we receive the merchandise in stock. Although the manufacturers give us an estimated delivery date, we cannot guarantee shipment as this varies depending on unforeseen circumstances (transport delays, late departure from manufacturer...). We will keep you updated with the progress of your order. Preorders/backorders cannot be canceled due to change of mind, however you may exchange the item for a different one.
USA - If your order includes in stock and preorder/backorder items, we may split the shipment depending on estimated time of arrival of items on preorder/backorder. We strongly recommend that you place separate orders for items with different availability dates.
International - If your order includes in stock and preorder/backorder items, your order will ship complete once all items are in stock. If you want to receive in stock items sooner, please place separate orders for in stock and preorder/backorder items.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Special order items are items we normally do not have available on the website or where certain sizes/styles have been ordered especially for you. For this reason, you may not cancel an order once placed and you may not return the item(s) for refund, exchange, or store credit.
STORE CREDITS
If your purchase is subject to a store credit, the amount of the original purchase less shipping fees incurred with your order(s) will be made available for your next purchase. If your order qualified for FREE shipping, $9.95 or actual cost of shipping (if greater than $9.95) will be deducted from the value of your store credit. We will email you a personalized code that you can use for your next purchase. If your future purchase is less than the existing store credit, the remaining store credit will be available for another future purchase. If your future purchase is more than the store credit, then we will charge your credit card for the difference.
Store credits are valid for one year from order date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, we immediately start processing it. The order may not be cancelled once it has shipped.
OTHER
Damaged or Defective Goods
We are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, all our products undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you. If we are unable to send a replacement, we will issue a full refund. However, if the item is replaceable, no refunds will be offered.
Color Variances
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear onElite Fashion Swimwear’s website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
Pattern/Print Variances
We make every effort to display the product images as accurately as possible. Pattern/Print variances may exist on items with print patterns. These items are not considered faulty, as they are unique. Differences in patterns are a result of different production batches or a result of differences in fabric cut.
OUT OF STOCK
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available, in which case we will notify you via e-mail with alternate choices.
