STORE POLICIES

We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. Please read below our store's operating policies.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns for refund on full price merchandise. Returns of items on sale are accepted for exchange or store credit. Final sale items may not be returned.

Merchandise may be returned within 15 calendar days from our original shipping date. The return postmark date is considered when evaluating the return eligibility.

Please Note: The return items need to be in original condition, with tags and hygienic liners still attached.

Return shipping is customer's responsibility. We do not accept COD shipments; you should use a shipping carrier that provides tracking information and insurance (UPS, USPS) as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 

To return your unwanted items include a copy of your invoice with the return items and send your return to:

We will refund (credit) the same account used to place your order upon receipt and inspection of your return items. At the time your return is processed, you will receive an email notification of the refund credit to your account. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to show on your account.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable (they are a cost incurred to ship the items to the customer). If you received free shipping and your order total minus the return value falls under the free shipping minimum ($100), the customer will be charged a minimum of $11.00 or actual cost of shipping incurred to ship the original order to the customer.

All returns for refund will incur a 5% restocking fee. We will waive this fee for exchanges.

All returns need to have the order number clearly written on the outside of the package.

All returns postmarked after the 15 calendar days from original shipment date only qualify for exchange or store credit. No exceptions. The shipping fees incurred with these exchanges will be customer's responsibility and will be charged when the exchange is sent out.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the original shipping date. Items marked as final sale are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on thong style items.



Refunds/credits on eligible items are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to be processed by your bank.

Store credits are valid for 1 year from issue date.

EXCHANGES:

-Exchange requests are normally processed within 1-2 business days based on item availability. You will receive an email notification once the exchange has shipped.
-We offer free standard shipping within USA on the 1st exchange IF the exchange is performed within 15 days from original shipping date. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees incurred with the exchange IF the exchange is performed between 15-30 days from original shipping date.

Any additional exchanges will incur additional shipping fees.

If the value of the exchange is greater than the available balance, you are authorizing us to charge the additional costs. If the value of the exchange is less than the available balance, we will credit the difference to the card used in the original purchase.

Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is back-ordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request.

If you wish to return for exchange, we recommend that you mail back your return as soon as possible and you notify us as to what item(s) you'd like in exchange. Items' availability changes quickly and we cannot guarantee we'll have your requested items.

Elite Fashion Swimwear reserves the right to refuse service, Credit, and Exchanges to anyone who, in our opinion makes excessive or arbitrary returns and exchanges.


IMPORTANT NOTES ON RETURNS

Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and sanitary protection intact. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on items. There are no returns for thongs. Please take all necessary precautions that your return items do not get damaged during transit back to us.

We will automatically refuse any returned item that show any of the following:

  • Tags have been removed or are damaged
  • The item shows any sign of wear or use
  • The hygienic liner (protective strip) has been removed
  • The item was imporperly cared for (pet hair, dirty, deodorant stains, smoke damage, musty odor)
  • The item was improperly folded/packaged and the cups got damaged during transit back to us (especially important for items with molded cups / underwire).
  • The item shows any signs of make-up


Returns received in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense and she/he will forfeit any further claims.

Our return policy is pretty strict because we want all of our customers to enjoy a brand new item. All returned items need to be in saleable condition with all tags and hygienic liners attached.

Elite Fashion Swimwear holds a NO WARRANTY policy. Once the tags and/or hygienic liner are removed, the item(s) cannot be returned for any reason.

BUYING ITEMS ON CLEARANCE

Clearance products marked as "final sale item" will be final, meaning no returns will be accepted for these items. You may find out if an item purchased is final sale by looking at the product’s description/title.

DISCOUNTS AND COUPON CODES

Please Note: Elite Fashion Swimwear does not offer price adjustments for orders placed before or after a promotional period. Promotional codes used in your order are honored only on exchanges within the same style.

PRE-ORDERS / BACKORDERS

Payment for preorder/backorder items is charged at the time the order is placed. Preorders / backorders are fulfilled within 1-2 business day after we receive the merchandise in stock. Although the manufacturers give us an estimated delivery date, we cannot guarantee shipment as this varies depending on unforeseen circumstances (transport delays, late departure from manufacturer...). We will keep you updated with the progress of your order. Preorders/backorders cannot be canceled due to change of mind, however you may exchange the item for a different one. USA - If your order includes in stock and preorder/backorder items, your order will ship complete once all items are in stock. If you want to receive in stock items sooner, please place separate orders for in stock and preorder/backorder items.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Special order items are items we normally do not have available on the website or where certain sizes/styles have been ordered especially for you. For this reason, you may not cancel an order once placed and you may not return the item(s) for refund, exchange, or store credit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed, we immediately start processing it. The order may not be cancelled once it has shipped.

If the customer cancels the order prior to shipment, there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

OTHER

Damaged or Defective Goods
We are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, all our products undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you. If we are unable to send a replacement, we will issue a full refund.

Color Variances
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear onElite Fashion Swimwear’s website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

Pattern/Print Variances

We make every effort to display the product images as accurately as possible. Pattern/Print variances may exist on items with print patterns. These items are not considered faulty, as they are unique. Differences in patterns are a result of different production batches or a result of differences in fabric cut.

OUT OF STOCK
While we do our best to keep our inventory updated at all times, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available, in which case we will notify you via e-mail with alternate choices.

SHIPPING

EliteFashionSwimwear.com offers FREE shipping on all US Standard shipment orders over $100. If you need expedited service please refer to the shipping guide below.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER: Elite Fashion Swimwear pays for standard shipping within USA if order value is over $100. If product or products are returned for any reason and the amount of the items purchased (and kept) are below the free shipping level, regular standard shipping fees will be deducted from the value of the credit for return.

Orders for items in stock are processed within one business day depending on item availability and payment verification. Orders received during holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Elite Fashion Swimwear is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.

PLEASE NOTE: Please don't confuse order date with shipping date. Once orders are placed, they need to be processed before they are shipped out. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. We strive to ship out orders as soon as possible after the orders are received.

When you estimate delivery date, please do NOT count the day in which you place your order as 1 business day.

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

International delivery times are NOT guaranteed. Depending on each country's customs clearance, it may take up to 30 days for packages to be delivered. Please plan accordingly.

If, after 30 days from the date of shipment, you have not received your package, please email info@elitefashionswimwear.com. We will review your order and contact you.


Tax
Please note that a sales tax of 8.25 % will be charged to all Texas residents and to non-residents who ship their items to a Texas address.

International Duty and Tax
Elite Fashion Swimwear does not collect duty or sales tax for international orders. Therefore, we are NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by your government. In most cases, the carrier will attempt to collect duty or taxes when the package is delivered. If the courier charges Elite Fashion Swimwear for duty or taxes after your package is delivered, we will bill your credit card on file without notice.

Packages shipping to locations outside of the United States are subject to the destination country's duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. Duties and taxes are mandated by your country, not by our company. The customer is responsible for paying these additional charges.

All our packages are sent with insurance against loss or damage. In order to benefit from this insurance, packages are declared at full value for your protection.


Orders placed using a credit card with an International billing address go through a fraud verification system. You may experience a few days delay in your shipment.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Our packages are shipped with insurance against loss or damage and with signature confirmation upon delivery. If for any reason your package is returned to us as unclaimed, we will charge your card to have the package reshipped to you.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTION

All orders are shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Once an order has been processed for shipping, the shipping address cannot be corrected. Any address correction will incur a UPS charge of $12.00. Once we receive a notification from UPS that a shipping address correction has been performed for a customer, the fee charged by UPS for this service will be billed to the customer.

If the package is being returned to sender due to incorrect/insufficient address, the customer will be charged for the return shipping and for the new shipping cost to have the package reshipped.
