ORDERING

Elite Fashion Swimwear sells Jolidon designer swimwear and lingerie all over the world. Orders received by 3:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, will normally be processed and shipped the same day. If your order is received after 3:00 PM shipping occurs the following business day.

In order to receive your swimwear and lingerie as quickly as possible, we recommend that you use our secure server to pay for your order online via credit card. We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. If you would like a different payment method than the ones available, we can also take orders over the phone and you can complete payment via Money Order, Check or Western Union. If you decide to pay by check, your order will not ship until the check was cleared. A $25 fee will be charged for each dishonored check.

SHIPPING

Packages are usually shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours. 100% of our products are in stock.

Most items are shipped with USPS Ground.

We offer a $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping for all of our orders within the Continental USA. Orders over $ 75 ship free.

All products should be inspected when received. If the products received present defects, then you need to contact us within 3 business days of the receipt of the products. Claims for product defects made after three (3) business days will not be honored. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Please remit $5.95 for domestic orders and $12 for international orders. These fees cover the shipping of the exchange.

International customers may be required to pay customs fees on all packages. Customs (import) fees are based upon item value. Please consult your local customs laws for duties, regulations and restrictions.

Credit to Your Account

If your initial purchase was made with a credit or debit card, your credit will be issued to the same card.

If your initial purchase is subject to a store credit, the full amount of the credit will be made available for your next purchase. If your future purchase is less than the existing store credit, the remaining store credit will be available for another future purchase. If your future purchase is more than the store credit, then we will charge your credit card for the difference.

REFUND / RETURNS

At Elite Fashion Swimwear, we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely pleased with an item purchased from us, we will be happy to exchange your item given all the following are met:

The item needs to be in its original conditions, with all tags attached and original packaging. The return needs to be preauthorized (within 3 business days). Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns for exchange within 3 (three) days from the delivery date of your purchase. You can not return you item after 14 (fourteen) days of your purchase. The original shipping costs are not refundable. Please kindly ensure returned items remain with original packaging to receive credit. Elite Fashion Swimwear reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

NOTE :

We do not offer refunds unless product defects. We inspect the products carefully before they are shipped. However, if there are product defects that we had not noticed, we gladly offer refunds or exchanges. If your purchase shipped free, the postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
