Sizing - What size should I choose?

Every brand has provided us with their individual sizing guide. There are variations between brands, so we recommend looking at the individual brand's sizing guide for an accurate sizing information. We have noticed that some styles within a brand run smaller than mainstream for that particular style, so we're noting this in the item's description.

We carry designer swimwear from all over the world. We have compared the sizing between brands and we're providing equivalents for international use.

My size is not listed as available

Especially for previous collections, we do run out of sizes. If we do not have a size listed as available, it most probably means we are sold out of that size.

For current collections, we do sometimes run out of sizes especially for best selling styles. In this case, if the size is backordered, it will be listed as "will ship in 5-7 business days". All backorder and preorder dates are estimated dates, and we may get the items in stock sooner or sometimes later. There are instances when the manufacturers encounter delays. If you have time constraints related to your order, please let us know either during checkout in the comments field, or in a separate email. We can serve you best if we are aware of important circumstances regarding your order.

Can I buy separate size for top and bottom?

We understand every woman has a unique body and we allow customers to choose separate sizes for top and bottom. We allow this option even for manufacturers who sell their items as sets.

What is the true color/print of the bathing suit?

We try to provide images of our products as accurately as possible. Due to computer screen variations, some items may appear darker/lighter. Whenever possible, we also provide additional views of our items. Because we want you to make an informed decision, we try to describe the item as accurately as possible. If you notice any inconsistencies in our descriptions relating to the products in questions, please contact us.

Manufacturers produce the swimwear in batches. Due to this, there may be slight variations in print/pattern, depending where the fabric was cut. Because we sometimes have hundreds of items in stock for one style, we cannot provide additional views of all the differences. If you're concerned about the actual print/pattern, please contact us and we will gladly send you a picture of the items in stock in your requested size.

How soon will I receive my order?

Items in stock purchased weekdays are processed within one business day. However, if your order has been flagged for any reason, your order will be delayed until we are able to verify and confirm your order.

Transit time within the USA varies and is greatly dependent on the shipping method selected during checkout.. The average transit time for the service offered with FREE shipping is 2-5 days.

Items not in stock will ship as soon as they are received in stock via the selected shipping method during checkout.

I purchased items with different availability dates

If your order has items with different availability dates, your order will ship complete as soon as all items ordered are in stock.

For international orders, we will ship your complete order as soon as all the items are in stock.

If you need certain items sooner, we recommend you place separate orders.

Do you require signature upon delivery?

For our customers protection, we do require signature upon delivery. We want to make sure you are receiving the product you ordered.

The tracking shows delivered, but I never received it.

If your tracking number says that your package was delivered but you never received it, we have some suggestions:

Give the package another few business days to arrive. Sometimes it is scanned at your local post office and will be delivered to your door shortly.

Sometimes your package may be waiting for you at your local post office. Please physically go to your local post office to inquire whether they are holding your package. Be sure to give them your tracking number.

If you live in an apartment building or apartment complex, inquire around to see whether a neighbor or the building manager is holding your package.

If you live in a house, ask your surrounding neighbors if they took in your package, or if it was delivered to them by mistake.

If your mailbox is in a bank of outdoor postal boxes, talk to your mail carrier to see whether your package was placed in a secure keyed-entry "postal package lock box."

If you believe that your package was stolen, you must notify your local postal inspector immediately, because mail fraud is a felony punishable to the full extent of the law.

Please note that after delivery of your order has been confirmed by the delivery carrier's tracking, it is no longer EliteFashionSwimwear .com's responsibility. EliteFashionSwimwear .com will not be liable for an order's replacement if the carrier documents that it was delivered, but the customer claims non-receipt. If you think that your package was stolen, you must report the mail fraud to your local postal inspector. Contact us and we will also initiate a mail fraud investigation on your behalf.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, or if it was supposed to be picked up at your local post office but was never claimed and then returned, we can ship it to you again, but additional shipping charges will apply. Refunds are credited directly to your charge card (less shipping and handling). We will not refund shipping and handling charges on orders that are returned due to wrong address, insufficient address, or customer's failure to pick up their package at a shipping facility.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to Canada and select international countries at this time. We mainly use USPS Express Mail International. It is fast, traceable, and comes with insurance.

International Duty and Tax
Elite Fashion Swimwear does not collect duty or sales tax for international orders. Therefore, we are NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by your government. In most cases, the carrier will attempt to collect duty or taxes when the package is delivered. If the courier charges Elite Fashion Swimwear for duty or taxes after your package is delivered, we will bill your credit card on file without notice.

Packages shipping to locations outside of the United States are subject to the destination country's duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. Duties and taxes are mandated by your country, not by our company. The customer is responsible for paying these additional charges.

All our packages are sent with insurance against loss or damage. In order to benefit from this insurance, packages are declared at full value for your protection.
Orders placed using a credit card with an International billing address go through a fraud verification system. You may experience a few days delay in your shipment.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Basically, you have 15 days (from shipment date) to return an item for a refund or exchange. How long does it take to process an exchange?
If the exchange item is in-stock, your request is usually processed in 1-2 business days after it is received. If the exchange item is not in-stock, you will be notified via email of how long it will take to ship out.

We usually ship exchange items via standard shipping. If you would like expedited shipping, please note it on your Return Form.

How do we settle exchange fees?
Any outstanding balance, including a difference in price with the exchange item and shipping fees, will be charged to the card on file.

What is the status of my return?
Once a return has been received, the Returns Dept will contact you via email to let you know it was received. Please note it may take up to thirty days to process a refund. Updates will be posted on the order status link provided after you checked out.

Can I return a special order item?
A special order item is a product that we don’t carry on our site but that was ordered from the manufacturer especially for a client. Special order items are final sale. Please review our Return policy for further details.
