    1. What is Jolidon brand?


      Jolidon is a well known european manufacturer of designer swimwear and lingerie.

    2. Are Jolidon sizes the same with US sizes?
      Jolidon swimwear and lingerie sizes run a little smaller compared to US sizes. For a size chart, please visit our size chart. As a note, if you are at the top end of a size, we would advise to buy the higher size.

    3. Do you sell different swimwear size tops and bottoms?


      As we do not manufacture the swimsuits, we cannot offer the possibility to buy different tops and bottoms sizes. We order them by size and sell them by predefined sizes. Please understand that if we started selling separates, our inventory would dramatically change and we would be left with mismatched sizes, like a top size L and bottom XS that would be extremely difficult to sell.

    4. Do you ship internationally?
      Yes. We ship internationally using USPS First Class International Mail. It takes between 7-10 business days to receive the product. The rates for this service are anywhere between $10-$15.

      International customers may be required to pay customs fees on all packages. Customs (import) fees are based upon item value. Please consult your local customs laws for duties, regulations and restrictions.



    5. Do you accept returns?


      Yes. We do accept returns for exchange only.

    6. Do you accept returns for refund?
      Yes. We accept returns for refund ONLY if there is a product defect or otherwise specified by us during communication. We inspect the products carefully before they are shipped. However, if there are product defects that we had not noticed, we gladly offer refunds or exchanges. If your purchase shipped free, the postage fee incurred will be deducted from your refund.

    7. What payment methods are available?


      You may pay using any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or with PayPal. PayPal is our payment gateway, but you DO NOT need to be a PayPal member to pay with a credit card.
